Return Policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with the original purchase receipt attached.
- The customer can return or exchange the purchased products within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
- Customers can return or exchange discounted products purchased within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
- Except for (essential oils, blends, and skin and body care products, in order to maintain public health and safety.).
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange products that were received correctly and without defect, this must be done within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order, and the customer shall bear the costs incurred in the return or exchange process.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange products that were not received correctly or were defective, this must be done within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order, and Zahra will bear all costs of return or exchange.
- Once the returned products are inspected and approved for return, we will refund the amount paid for the products to the original payment method used when placing the order.
- If a discount code was used in the order, the amount paid on the returned item will be refunded minus the amount of the applied discount code.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- If the customer wishes to cancel or modify the order, he must contact customer service immediately to cancel his order before completing the shipping process by:

- Call from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 920002277, and from outside the Kingdom on +966-920002277 from 8 AM to 11 PM (Saudi time) from Sunday to Thursday.
- Once the order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and the return policy applies.
- We will expedite the refund process to the original payment method account. This may take from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the banks’ policies.
- If Zahrat is unable to complete the order for reasons beyond its control, or if a technical error occurs during the order completion, the customer will be contacted immediately, notified, and compensated either by refunding the purchase amount or offering alternative products.
